How do i make an appointment?

Before you can set up a tattoo appointment, you need to send a tattoo appointment request to our email , as we do not do in person consultations. We do not have a shop phone. To avoid traffic in the shop, all requests will be discussed over email. Please send us an email to stairstattoo@gmail.com. Include your full name, phone number, tattoo idea, tattoo placement, tattoo size, and tattoo budget (if you have one) and availability (days and time) Attach a reference photo if needed to better explain your ideas. If we are not a good fit for your project , we will let you know.
how do i take care of my tattoo?
After your tattoo appointment, your artist will give you an in depth step by step instruction sheet on how to to heal your tattoo and everything you will need to know to take care of it. Keep your tattoo clean, don’t pick at it, and less is more.
is the shop clean and safe?
We want to assure you that Stairs Tattoo is taking every measure needed to ensure that the space is thoroughly sterilized and safe for each and every client that enters. We clean every surface after each client, we are consistently washing our hands and using the appropriate protective gear during the tattoo. All of our needles and tubes are prepackaged, sterilized and single use. Our ink is safe, water based organic pigment without any kind of chemical. We are licensed and trained in cross-contamination prevention. Please do not hesitate to ask us any further questions about safety or health.
do you do cover up tattoos?
Cover up consultations are possible on a case by case basis for existing customers ONLY.
how much does a tattoo cost?
Price is determined by the amount of time the tattoo takes to make. The length of the tattoo will be determined by the size, placement, style, and difficulty of the tattoo. The shop rate is $200 an hour and we have a shop minimum of $300. Your artist will ask for a deposit to book your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable, and will be forfeited if you do not give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Your artist will be able to give you a rough estimate once the tattoo design has been drawn. Please be prepared with enough CASH as we do not carry change. Here is a breakdown on hourly price.
2 hours - $400
2.5 hours - $500
3 hours - $600
3.5 hours - $700
4 hours - $800
4.5 hours - $900
5 hours - $1000
how do i prepare for my appointment?
Before your appointment, make sure you drink lots of water, eat a meal, and get a good night sleep. Before you head to the shop, make sure you have cash or time to go to the ATM. Please show up on time as we run on a schedule. When you arrive, wash your hands immediately upon entering the shop. If you must touch your face or mouth during your time at the shop, immediately use hand sanitizer or wash your hands.
